What are we searching for?

For each listing we're disputing, we look through your mailbox for the emails and documents that help prove it's wrong or unfair. For example:

• Default and overdue notices, and letters saying a debt was sold or referred on
• Hardship requests, payment arrangements and anything about financial difficulty
• Statements, receipts and proof of payments you made
• Correspondence with the lender and any collector, solicitor or broker involved
• Anything you sent them — complaints, disputes, requests for more time

We search both emails you received and emails you sent, across all your folders (including Sent, Archive, Junk and Trash). We read them only to decide which ones are relevant to your listings. Everything else is ignored and never kept.
